非就業掛鈎課程基本申請資格：15歲或以上及副學位程度或以下的香港合資格僱員。
入讀非就業掛鈎課程
失業、待業、失學或低收入人士(月入$12,500或以下)可申請豁免學費。
月入$12,501-$20,000之人士可申請高額資助學費；
月入$20,001或以上人士，須繳交一般資助學費。
